I first entered the world of Fire Suppression while serving in the US NAVY.
Whether water-based, AFFF, Halon, CO2 or Hood systems. I learned how these systems work, are constructed, and how to layout the design for optimal performance.
I have been in the Fire Protection Industry since 1996. With about 16 years of installation experience, as a JOURNEYMAN Fitter. I know how your system will actually be installed in the field.

With over 15 years of design experience under our belts, we will be able to get your projects approved in a timely manner. Utilizing the latest in AutoSPRINK ® software, our designs have ranged in size from small tenant improvements and single family homes to mid-rise / high rise projects, as well as industrial, medical facilities, and hotels & airports. We have the capability to provide standard as well as 3D coordination drawings with full material and fabrication listings. We have experience in all types of wet and dry pipe fire sprinkler systems including OSHPD and DSA requirements. No job is too big or too small.

1. Fire Sprinkler Drawings for Submittal to AHJ
2. Hydraulic Calculations and Product Data Sheets
3. Seismic Calcs, Details, and Print-outs (as needed)
3. Dimensions, elevations, sections, details
4. Installation Drawing Set for use by Fitters
5. Installation notes to provide fitters with everything they need for a complete installation.
ALL of our Fire Sprinklers plans are designed using the latest AutoSPRINK Fire Sprinkler Design Software. Designs are built in real time 3D, using an "intelligent" object based environment, with realistic pipe, fittings, and devices, giving you accurate take-outs, and a "custom" fit every time!
This provides a seamless transition to BIM ready and compliant design!
